Note: Manuscripts are initially examined by editorial staff and are sent by the Editor to independent reviewers who are not informed of the identity of the author(s). When publication in the article's original form is not recommended, the reviewers' comments (without the identity of the reviewer being disclosed) may be passed to the corresponding author and may include suggested revisions. This will be the final stage at which you may make content changes. Later the editorial staff will send you one set of galley proofs, at which time you will have 48 hours to mark any typographical errors. If you do not respond by fax, email, or telephone within 48 hours the editors will assume acceptance of the galley, on your part and proceed with the publication process. We may not be able to incorporate your corrections into the printed version of your manuscript after failure to respond to proofreading request, please ensure that you frequently visit your author home page to access the location of your manuscript, or contact the Title Operations Coordinator at submissions@koedoe.co.za
